Listing guidelines

Free to browse, free to list. Here is who we list, what a listing does and does not mean, and how the order on a category page is decided.

Who gets listed

You qualify if you sell to cleaning businesses, residential or commercial or both. A vendor who serves every trade can list as long as cleaning companies are a real part of the book.

You also need a working website we can check and a way for an owner to reach you. We list companies, never individual people, and we do not list lead resellers who sell the same enquiry to five vendors at once.

Every submission is read by a person before it goes live. We approve it, or we tell you why we did not.

What a listing is not

Cleanly runs this directory and takes nothing for a place in it. A listing is not an endorsement, a certification or a vetting result. We check that a vendor is real and works with cleaning companies. We do not check their work. Do your own diligence before you sign anything.

There are no sponsored slots, no paid placement and no revenue share, so nobody pays for placement here and nobody can.

Competitors

We sell cleaning software and we list software that competes with us, under the same criteria and in the same order as everything else. Cleanly holds an ordinary profile with no special placement and no badge another vendor cannot earn.

How listings are ordered

Claimed listings first, then the most complete, then alphabetically.

Claimed comes first because somebody is on the other end of the contact form. Completeness is counted from eight things: a description, a logo, a website, a phone number, the states you serve or a nationwide flag, a starting price, years serving cleaning, and a secondary category. Fill in more of them and you move up. The name is only a tie-breaker, so the order stays put between visits.

Nothing else moves a listing. Not money, not how long you have been here, not how many leads you have taken.

Something wrong

Tell us at support@cleanlyhq.com and we will correct the listing or take it down. That goes for vendors and for owners who found something inaccurate.

Listings are free. Vendors do not pay for placement, and a listing is not an endorsement by Cleanly. Tell us if a listing is wrong and we will fix or remove it.
